So, my surgery was a month ago, and you've all probably been going crazy waiting for an update from me. Well here it is!

The surgery itself went very smoothly. They made a 6 inch incision along my bikini line and went in and removed a lot of scar tissue. Both ovaries were glued to my pelvic wall, so every time I moved they were ripping away from it and causing horrible pain. The doctor said that my Endometriosis itself is currently dormant, but that there were signs everywhere that it had recently been active. I was also diagnosed with Pelvic Adhesive Disease, which means that basically I'll have to have surgery every few years for the rest of my life. I had 21 staples that were removed after a week. The incision has healed up now, but is still sensitive to touch. Unfortunately, I am also still in a lot of pain. Sometime in the next 2-4 weeks if I'm not doing better pain wise, my doctor is sending me to a pain specialist. So basically, things went well, diagnoses and prognosis still suck. There's a lot of other medical stuff going on with me, but I don't want to bore you all with the long details (I could go on for hours about everything).



On the subject of commissions!

I am currently NOT taking any costume commissions. I will update when I am taking them again. However, right now I have a couple already in line and am still not able to sew while I recover.

I am only taking writing commissions under 5,000 words. I have a major commission project for writing that I will be working on, so I'm limited to stories that can be done in a day on writing commissions for a while.

I am currently taking drawing commissions. Drawing is one of the few things I'm capable of doing much right now while I recover, so please, if you like anything I draw, send me a note. I'm open to draw just about anything!

Since there hasn't really been any interest in tarot, totem animals, or dram interpretation, I am putting those on hold for the time being.


Writing Commissions

Prices are $1 per 100 words. Remember I am currently not taking writing commissions longer than 5,000 words ($50). Payment will be due before you receive your story, but not until after I have completed the writing process.


Drawing Commissions
Payment will be due once the project is completed before I send it to you.
